Nutrition Periodization Plans

Bodybuilders, cyclists and other endurance athletes train using different cycles. Matching your training with nutrition that complements your training cycles can take your performance to the next level.

Periodization is a term that refers to separating your training year into different cycles with each cycle having a different mix of intensity and volume in order to prepare you for your key races. With each of these cycles you will also have an increased or decreased need for carbohydrates, protein, fat and fluids to support your training. With this plan you will receive an individualized nutrition plan based on your training plan and race goals.

  • An assessment of your current health and medical history.
  • A review of your current goals, medical and sports related.
  • Assessment of your physical activity and determination of calories¬†expended.
  • A computerized analysis of 3 days of food logs.
  • A personalized periodized nutrition/meal plan that is appropriate for you and your training and racing goals. This includes sample meals based on your training frequency, intensity, and duration.
  • Initial one hour consultation to review plan.
  • A follow up via email to answer questions.
  • Additional follow up consultations can be scheduled to review your progress and can be conducted via Skype, email, phone, or in person. (Additional fees apply).

Initial consult plus 12 month periodized nutrition plan – $290.00

Initial consult plus 6 month periodized nutrition plan- $200.00
