Healthy Portable Breakfasts and Snacks Made with Protein Powder

It doesn’t matter if you’re working at home or running errands, trying to get your kids arranged for their day or getting ready to go on a run: You know that in the morning, you need fuel. But unfortunately, many of us are overscheduled and under pressure, making it difficult to get everything done before you have to move on to the next thing. And one of those things that’s difficult to get done, of course, is breakfast. I am all about planning, shopping, and prepping my meals and snacks for the week but I am also about keeping things simple yet nutritious. With our stressful lives and hectic schedules. it’s important to find good source of essential nutrients such as protein that you can get to fuel you for the entire day. One excellent solution is breakfasts (and snacks) powered by protein powder. Protein fuels your cells, helping them repair and keeping you in top shape. How much protein you need varies, but there are good guidelines and good solutions.
